It's important we get to know campers before their first time coming to camp. If you are not already a member of our Fitness Center please fill out this form by clicking here.  We prefer to meet all our campers in person ahead of time. Coming in for a tour is a great way for campers to become familiar with our space and meet our staff and also helps us to best plan a positive and inclusive experience.

Our camp is a group experiences. In some cases we can provide a 1:1 experience for an additional fee. Camp is well supported with volunteers and staff, though it may be necessary for some participants to attend camp  with additional support who can best manage the safety of the individual. Examples of someone that may need additional support include running away from the group, self harm, or harming others, needs assistance with toileting,  or not being able to follow any instruction in a group setting.  It is up to the discretion of Autism Health & Fitness Center to determine if the member would be required to have a 1:1 support in order to participate. This is to keep the member, their teammates, and staff safe and having fun.

All group experiences will follow the latest CT Sector Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. The guidelines change as more is learned about transmission of the disease. All staff will be fully prepared for the latest guidance.

Anyone who enters our building is required to wear a mask. We do temperature screenings at the door. All class participants are required to wash their hands with soap and water upon entry.
