OUR PROGRAMS


Individualized Fitness Program:
An exercise program modeled after the Individualized Education Program (IEP), that evaluates your child’s challenges and abilities to ensure specific goals and needs are met.

Classes:
Adaptive Zumba, Sports Club, Yoga, Basketball, Adaptive Track and many more group classes are offered at our center. Some classes are year-round, while others are offered seasonally. Group classes are a great way to work on fitness goals, have fun, and build interpersonal skills at the same time.

One-on-one Training:
30, 45, or 60-minute personal training sessions led by one of our certified trainers that target specific key areas based on your child’s IFP program.

Adaptive Physical Education:
30 minute class sessions led by our staff members that are structured to target your child’s strengths and weaknesses through activities they enjoy. Can be conducted within the school, or at our facility as a "field trip".

Monthly Social Clubs:
Our Saturday Social Series provide kids, teens, and young adults an opportunity to practice social skills with their peers in a fun and engaging environment.

Day Camps:
Our adaptive day camps are scheduled on school holiday breaks throughout the year. Kids and adults are welcome.
